An interactive performance that took place between four trees and atop the rose compass at the foot of the Williamsburg bridge in Brooklyn, NY. Friends and passersby were invited to sit and and create a large-scale chalk drawing on a hand sewn blanket as an act of gratitude. When people approached the quilt, they were greeted with a hand sewn pouch filled with lavender that was placed around their necks. Loose lavender was also sprinkled throughout the happening in order to create a cloud of soothing aroma to open their hearts and quiet their minds. The happening was documented through the eyes of the participants using four disposable cameras that were placed at each of the four corners of the blanket.
